Fresh fruits and vegetables, as we all know are a great source of vitamins and minerals and are low in calories. A diet plan which has lot of fruits and vegetables, also assures that person about not gaining weight and eating anything he or she wants. But you say anything, these do help in gaining weight, sans the calories. The good aspect of this is that the digestive system which has been wreaked havoc upon by the horrendous dieting and wrong measures will get back on the track. The diet can be devoid of potatoes as far as possible as that can make the person feel as if he or she has eaten a bit too much because potatoes make you feel full.
